1. What is your return policy?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, or exchange for a different product. After 30 days all sales are final.

Free shipping on all orders of $150 or more. All other shipping methods calculated by product weight.
3. Can I pickup my order?
Yes. We offer free local pickup at The Ranch Training Center, located at 506 Plaza Drive in Marshall, WI. We have no set staffed hours at this time, so please call 608-655-8118 to schedule a pickup time with a staff member. Orders will be held for 7 days unless specified.
